O medley de "Imma Be" e "I Gotta Feeling" no Grammy fez com que aquele assumisse o topo da parada digital ao vender 236 mil cópias. O outro volta ao top 10 ao vender 119 mil, totalizando 4.961.000 milhões de cópias em 35 semanas de chart. Próxima semana, ao que tudo indica, 'I Gotta Feeling' e 'Boom Boom Pow' irão superar, juntos, a marca dos 5 milhões de downloads cada. Até o momento, apenas 'Just Dance' e 'Low', de Lady Gaga e Flo Rida, respectivamente, atingiram tal marca.

Pink pode não ter ganho nenhum Grammy, mas a apresentação de 'Glitter In The Air', fez do single o de maior debut da semana com 114 mi cópias. Além desse, "Bridge Over Troubled Water", que foi performado por Mary J. Blige e Andrea Bocelli na premiação, também aparece, debutando em 44º. Todas a renda obtida foi repassada para ajudar o Haiti. Michael Jackson também retorna com "Earth Song" na 71º colocação.
